Delhi College of Education-DIRD is established in 2015 under the imperatives of Mr. Rafi Lal as a flagship Institute at Nangli Poona, is today metamorphosed into one of the foremost in self financing institute in the field of Education. B. Ed course is duly affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University under the able guidance of its founder chairman, Mr. Rafi Lal.
